WELL DONE & THANK YOU The CCI 10th Anniversary Concert - Out of Dakness on 27th March 2010, with soloist Nicholas Hurndall Smith, was a great success. "I was delighted with the chorus on Saturday. We don’t often get the chance to perform a piece that has never been done before and thus to share in a little piece of musical history. From Beethoven's Missa Solemnis in 2000 to Finzi's Intimations of Immortality and Roland Fudge's Celestial Light in 2010, taking in Vaughan Williams' Dona Nobis Pacem , a Finzi Centenary weekend, Orff's Carmina Burana and Britten's War Requiem along the way, CCI has organised a variety of large scale musical events over the last few years.
